Biography
Beb-deum is a French artist, author and illustrator of drawn books and travel diaries. He started his career in the 80s with the BD magazine Métal Hurlant.
During an interview, he confided: "with traditional techniques, I always had a feeling of frustration, with the digital tool I manage to touch more closely the mental image of the start, or even go much further. ".
The avant-garde artist Beb-deum is indeed one of the first French artists to use the computer as a medium of creation. He enjoys creating universes, worlds, in particular by synthesizing them on human faces.
He puts his talent at the service of illustration for the press (Télérama, Les Echos, L'Obs ...) and advertising, in particular for the campaigns of Coca-Cola, Thierry Mugler, or a clip of Kodak by Jean- Baptiste Mondino.
