A praise to lightness, the metal lines impose themselves on the space, they come to highlight the volumes, which give very fluid and singular works.
Biography
The philosophy of my work is born from the poetry of nature, a certain idea of wabi-sabi, a romantic vision of animal and plant life.
My interests are matter, texture and contrasts: full and empty, shadow and light, brutalism and delicacy. The materialization of volume is one of the most exciting phases of my creative process, determination and love of my work guide my hands without ever losing myself in the paths of ease, at the beginning there is a material that is neither necessarily precious nor necessarily rare like an alchemist I sublimate the raw material.
My passion for metal, this special bond that we have woven for years, is expressed with force and without hesitation, selecting the metal plates according to their singularity like so many unique pieces, assembling them harmoniously, seeing it transform before my eyes, revealing its beauty, preferring a pleated gold leaf and laying it a little irregularly has a perfect tension.
My favorite ingredient is imperfection, going in search of this fabulous ingredient that brings an extra soul to the sculpture, it is this ingredient that brings this extra beauty that makes all the difference, a trace of life, I am both the holder of a technique acquired over many years as well as an intuitive creative, an innate sense of beauty.
I am inhabited by my work, a researcher's soul that pushes me to always go further in the permanent search for the exclusive and the original creation, my aesthetic sensitivity guides my research, I know that I could always discover something new tomorrow, I listen to what the universe tells me and I know how to hear it on my creative path, my ability to renew myself to find new inspirations each time will become a sign of the excellence of my work, to obtain a great aesthetic quality with a vibration, a real depth, there is also a part of magic, of workshop secret, knowing how to preserve the mystery around the creation so as not to attenuate the poetic dimension of the work, the passion, the enthusiasm, the pleasure with which these works were made, this is felt in the final rendering.
We must not forget that the primary object of my creations is a work of ornamentation which must provoke positive emotions.
