Biography
You Know Me Well, Kami lives in Berlin, Germany now. Kami is an art director, designer and (former) world traveling DJ who moved to Shanghai in the early 2000. Kicking off his career, he got into the cultural industry by creating logos. He developed his own graphic signature for his events and mixtaples with spray-cans, markers, computer generated visual.
Soon his talent was found and start creating artwork for for his DJ-friends in club and festivals. The artworks combined different elements from rap, pop cultural, symbol which representing “Luck" in Asian culture, luxury streetwear and neon light etc. These elements were put on canvases as collage. Kami is currently based in Berlin, Germany. He continues to produce his own artworks, adopting his streetart-sticker-tag.
Cellbrities such as Show Luo and JJ Lin from Taiwan and Berlin based comedian and influencer Senna Gammour and famous producer Scott Storch from Los Angeles are the hightlighted collectors of You Know Me Well. His artwork showed in 5 international art shows.
