Ix Shells' artworks are the result of carefully constructed code. Born and based in Panama, Shells produces generative art. Her algorithms dictate key characteristics, such as color, shape and texture, producing multiplex artworks. To inspire her digital representations, Shell is influenced by Brutalist architecture and the prevalence of patterns in nature.
The sale of Shell's 'Dreaming at Dusk' in 2021 earned her the title of the highest-selling female NFT artist.
