Biography
Born in 1964, Alicja Slabon-Urbaniak is a Polish artist. After graduating from the School of Fine Arts of Krakow in 1988, she obtained a medal and a honorable mention.
She practices easel painting, she has developed a singular style. Alicja Urbaniak's paintings put in the forefront bright colors, the composition and the sense of space. Her favorite subjects are still life, unreal landscapes, in a immense freedom. Filled with magic, her paintings celebrate the beauty of nature.
Her artistic creations have been presented in numerous solo and group exhibitions. Her paintings can be found in private collections in Japan, the United States, Scandinavia, Germany, France and at the General Consulate of the Republic of Poland in Berlin
