Biography
Orlando Mostyn Owen lives and works in Paris. He is currently Artist in Residence at Fife Arms, Braemar, Hauser and Wirth until summer 2020. Orlando has had numerous solo and group exhibitions in Europe over the past 20 years, including his participation in the Italian Pavilion of the Venice Biennale in 2011, at the bp Portrait Award from the National Gallery in 1997 or in France at the Eugène Leroy Museum in 2012. He notably received the Paul Louis Weller Portrait Award from the Académie des Beaux-Arts, the Princess Grace Award de Monaco from the Prince Pierre of Monaco Foundation, as well as the Painting Prize from the Institut de France.
