Peu de photographes au monde ont photographié autant d'animaux en studio que Ford.
Au cours de la dernière décennie, Randal Ford est devenu un artiste reconnu à l'échelle internationale. Ses œuvres ont fait la couverture du Time Magazine, de 24 couvertures différentes du Texas Monthly et de Communication Arts, la publication la plus prestigieuse du secteur de la publicité. Ford a été chargé de créer des photographies pour des marques telles qu'Anheuser Busch, Comcast, Frito Lay, LL Bean, Pepsi, Pfizer, Verizon et Yeti.
Ford a été nommé parmi les 200 meilleurs photographes du monde par le magazine allemand Lüerzers Archive en 2018, 2019 et 2020. En 2019, ses photographies animalières ont remporté la 1ère place et le prix du meilleur de l'exposition dans la catégorie beaux-arts du prestigieux concours International Photo Awards.
À l'automne 2018, ses photographies d'animaux ont été publiées dans une monographie par le célèbre éditeur Rizzoli New York. Le livre à succès a reçu un large succès. Le livre suivant de Ford, Good Dog, a été publié par Rizzoli New York à l'automne 2020 et a également reçu un large succès. Les œuvres de Ford ont été commandées et collectionnées dans le monde entier.
