Sumit Mehndiratta ist ein 1986 geborener indischer Künstler, der in Neu-Delhi, Indien, lebt und arbeitet. Er absolvierte einen Master of Science in International Fashion Marketing an der Manchester Metropolitan University im Vereinigten Königreich. Der Künstler hat Freude daran, Kunstwerke aus verschiedenen Medien zu schaffen, die den Geist und die Seele des Einzelnen ansprechen. Sumits Werke sind nicht auf einen einzigen Stil oder ein bestimmtes Arbeitsmedium beschränkt. Seine Arbeiten reichen von generischen Medien wie Leinwand und Papier bis hin zu experimentellen Medien wie digitaler Kunst, Mischtechnik und Wandskulpturen. Sumit behauptet, seit seiner Kindheit experimentierfreudig gewesen zu sein. Ob Zeichnen, Skizzieren, Malen oder Fotografieren, er liebte es immer, etwas zu tun, an das noch niemand gedacht hatte, und der Aufgabe seine Handschrift zu verleihen. Um dies zu erreichen, erstellt Sumit seine eigenen Malwerkzeuge, die an die Techniken angepasst sind, die er im Sinn hat. Er glaubt auch an impulsive Akte künstlerischen Schaffens und deren überraschende Ergebnisse. Sumit ist außerdem bestrebt, der Natur das zurückzugeben, was er als Künstler verdient. Durch das Sammeln der Kunstwerke von Sumit Mehndiratta helfen Käufer ihm, 10 % seines Einkommens an eine in Indien ansässige Tierschutzorganisation namens AnimalAidUnlimited zu spenden, die sich um die verletzten Tiere der Stadt kümmert, sie beherbergt und bei der Adoption hilft.
