

Biography
Vahram Meliqsetyan (b. 1959, Armenia) is a distinguished Armenian painter known for his emotionally charged expressionist works. He graduated from the University of Fine Arts in 1986, completing both his undergraduate and Master of Fine Arts degrees between 1980 and 1986.
Over the course of his career, Meliqsetyan has exhibited widely in European galleries and held a significant solo exhibition at the Design Museum of Armenia, highlighting his contribution to contemporary Armenian art. In addition to his studio practice, he has served as Director of the Art School at the Academy, mentoring new generations of artists and advancing arts education in the region.
Renowned for his bold brushwork and deeply expressive style, Vahram Meliqsetyan's work explores the human condition through layered emotion and abstract form. He is currently represented exclusively by Vayer Art Gallery.
