Biography
Caroline Chopin, born in 1970, lives and works in Lille (France). Holder of a DEA (History of Art), Caroline Chopin is passionate about modern sculpture. During her studies, she attended the studio of Stevan Veljkovic, a painter who introduced her to observational drawing. One day he brings clay; the collision with the material is obvious and will from then on orient her life.
After a stay with the sculptor Armand Debève to learn the rigors of compass reproduction, not a day goes by without her working with the material. In 2014 she became a sculptor and teacher. Artist of the whole, she is represented in particular by the Gallery PcaGalleyArt and Kunst Under Uns, in France, Spain, Germany.
