Born in Kharkiv, (Ukraine), Daria obtained her bachelor's degree in photography from a Parisian private photography school in France in 2019. Daria is known as an analog photographer and she often uses film as her raw material. Her works investigate and question femininity, sexuality and self-confidence. The artist also uses her body as raw material: she poses a lot in front of her own camera trying to heal her traumas, to find answers to questions about the place of the naked female body in contemporary art and also to show the fragility of the moment and therefore beauty. She has exhibited internationally in Arles, France, and Hamburg, Germany. Daria currently lives and works in Paris, France.
