Biography
Rose Lemeunier was born in Mans (France) and obtained the National Certificate of Superior Plastic Expression (D.N.S.E.P) at the school of Fine Arts in Mans. She also possesses a Bachelor's Degree in Arts from the university of Rennes. In 1997, the regional cultural management of Pays de Loire granted her an "Individual Creation Aid".
Her drawings are present in different art libraries (Miramas, Bayonne, Hellemmes - Lille). Since 2013, she regularly participates in collective exhibitions taking place in different galleries across the french riviera. As member of the MdA (Maison des Artistes), she still continues to practise her works on paper (drawing on photography, paper carving, engravings,...).
Her thematic revolves around the memory of landscapes.
Rose Lemeunier currently lives and work in Avignon.
