Biography
Having spent most of his career as a photographer in advertising, Claude Rodriguez felt touched by grace while walking in the Laurentides in Canada. He came across an incredible golf course rendered even more beautiful by the early morning light. A real revelation.
For the past twenty years, camera slung over his shoulder, Claude Rodriguez has wandered through the world of golf, paying homage to these magical places, enhancing them with his delicate eye.
He sometimes stays for days in the same place, or goes back again and again, to finally learn when the right moment will be, when the sun, his assistant, will pierce the foliage of a tree to sculpt a course, drawing shadows, modelling a fairway, so that the beautiful will become even more beautiful.
