Biography
What is painting, for me... It is to be in joy, in positive solitude...to recharge my batteries... As I often say, I am a Seeker in the world of Light, Transparency and Matter. Geology, the cosmos and Art show me how connected we all are. I love to be dazzled by everything around me and I try to transmit it with all my strength and with all my heart... to awaken the smile... of others.
My favorite and inspiring painters are : Tal Coat, Geneviève Asse, Zao Wou Ki, Fabienne Verdier, Ellsworth Kelly (whom I just discovered in Beaubourg), Joan Mitchell, A. Marfaing, F. Aubrun, O. Debré, P. Soulages... and so many others... that I admire. They taught me to see, to imagine, to dream... They also gave me the pleasure of loving wash - life...
