Biography
I was a school teacher and Montessori educator for fifteen years. Fascinated by fire, I wanted to train myself in the profession of glass spinner, (flame canopy) that I started experimenting in the workshop.
It was in contact with the collective of artists working at the place I had chosen for the workshop that I began to explore painting. Acrylic, initially used as a recreational, quickly established itself as a necessary moment of breathing, then as an exciting area of exploration and research.
Just as fire dances before the eyes, painting imposes its requirements, requires research and a gesture to acquire so that the result on the canvas looks like what I carry within me.
