Biography
Originally from Poitiers. I did technical studies and a stint in industry, before turning, 2 years ago, to my passion, ceramic modeling. A few months ago, I opened a workshop in Cordes-sur-Ciel, in the Tarn. I draw my inspiration from the fantastic world of comics and cinema, but also from my travels, one of the most influencing of my work of which was in Africa, in Gabon. I work instinctively, from a block of earth (sandstone). Once shaped, the pieces are emptied, fired, then enamelled (colored). The result is a universe made up of animals, bodies and strange objects.
