She traveled to Japan several times and developed a passion for design "Everything is reduced to the essential" she says. "I always loved simplicity and its balance". The unique environment, buildings and gardens really made an impact on her.

All of Lemos's work are brought alive through feelings. She is inspired by the materials she uses, like reeds, wood and metal. She makes a series of drawings, when her feeling intensifies, she begins her first model. She likes to combine various mediums.
