Biography
Raul Huerta is RAL, is an artist from Montornès del Vallès (Barcelona), who studied graphic arts. Interested by the techniques of painting and by the "handmade" his researches in the collage, allowed him to express his first ideas. He began with a "hard" range by using a gray palette of colors, and gradually introduced colors, which are representative to define his scenario.
His current work is based on the portrait of a sentimental and emotional point of view, trying to represent an ethereal beauty between color stains and ill-defined lines. Uncoordinated pieces of paper, which make portraits unreal but evocative .... Influenced by urban culture and music, the technique is a mixture of collage and acrylic on different supports.
