Katya Taneva

Katya Taneva graduated in Cultural Studies and Art. She began her career as an assistant to the chief restorer of the city of Vienna. After that, she worked at an art foundation in New York and Vienna, where she organized contemporary art exhibitions in galleries and museums around the world - Tate Modern (London), Louisiana Museum of Modern Art (Denmark), Moderna Museet (Sweden), Lira Gallery (Rome), Johann Koenig Gallery (Berlin) and many others. This experience developed her vision and sense of aesthetics. Her exceptional sense of color and composition has no analogue. 

Katya Taneva studied photography in Vienna and continued her creative journey with projects in big advertising agencies. She began to experiment with different techniques, textures and formats. 

Afteryears of layered aesthetic experience, the concept of Fluidity of a Woman was born Katya Taneva creates unique works, in a 1/1 edition, with mixed media using digital photography and abstract art. The theme of fluidity, femininity and resilience is presented with a modern touch and this makes these works particularly impressive.
