One of the most controversial artists in The Netherlands. His artperformances and artworks are a mix of playfulness and provocation. In 2025 a Posset Museum will be opened in his hometown.
Biography
Ralph Posset is a Dutch artist who exhibits and sells in museums and galleries worldwide. With his controversial artperformances he had media-attention all over the globe.
Posset makes artworks in series. His Meltdowns are is the most wellknown series of them all. Toy soldiers who have been literally melted down in special ovens. Lately he makes more abstract versions of his meltdowns as well. These Meltdowns are exhibited in several galleries in Holland, Dortmund, Antwerp and Paris in 2022.
Other established series of this remarkable artist are: I fucking hate dots that's why I sell this painting, Entartet and LOVE (drawings of guns by only using the word love).
