Biography
Adam Nidzgorski is a French artist of Polish origin who was born in 1933 in Cormeilles-en-Parisis, near Paris.
After studying at the Franco-Polish High School until 1951, he moved to Poland to continue his studies in Warsaw until 1954. In 1963, encouraged by a friend, he started to draw and paint. Nidzgorski is a self-taught man and dedicates most of his works to human representation.
Nidzgorski produces his works on different types of mediums, such as newspapers and textiles. He paints and draws simple characters that stare deeply at the viewer and can’t let anyone feel indifferent.
