Biography
Formerly a theater designer, Philippe Fissore devotes all his time to painting. A prolific artist with a keen interest in experimentation, he produces portraits, landscapes, scenes from life, burlesque and nostalgic compositions, landscapes, and nudes. In both figurative and abstract forms, he willingly pays homage to those who came before him and whom he admires. His frequent stays in Normandy inspire his seascapes and shipyard paintings, but it is from his studio in Montluçon that he expresses himself. He joined the Quatrième gallery in May 2025.
