Marine Walon

Drawing and painting have always accompanied Marine, and it was when she moved to Argentina from 2010 to 2016 that it became a real passion. She then enrolled in many courses and workshops, then followed the training in Visual Arts at the National University of Art of Buenos Aires (UNA). This allows him to learn and explore various techniques and then reappropriate and revisit them. Back in France since 2016, she has developed her own style centered on the human figure and its emotions.

His drawings are often the prelude to a painting. She essentially represents characters out of her imagination, in positions inspired by people she sees and where an aesthetic emerges that catches her eye and that she tries to translate in her own way. The proportions are stretched; the colors used are strong and contrasting. His characters convey a certain serenity, tranquility, sweetness sometimes melancholy.
