Caligrafía árabe
Aunque la caligrafía es el arte de escribir, este arte se mide por la interpretación del espectador. Utilizando las herramientas de un escritor, ya sea el pincel, la tinta, la pluma o el bote de spray, el artista puede crear un vínculo entre el símbolo y el gesto. Si la caligrafía puede considerarse únicamente como un medio de transmisión de un texto, es sorprendente que también pueda adoptar una forma decorativa. Por ello, la caligrafía árabe goza de gran estima y es uno de los elementos fundamentales del arte islámico. La escritura árabe tiene el potencial de desarrollar una variedad de formas ornamentales, y a menudo hay un componente talismán subyacente en estas letras. En el arte callejero, las propias palabras y letras se convierten en arte, e incluso para artistas como Julien Lebbihi, que se puede encontrar aquí en Artsper, las letras se consideran abstractas y pretenden evocar emociones.
