Self-taught, Rusty first evolved in the world of hip-hop by expressing himself through "sampling".
It is following his meeting with Joan Mitchell, at the end of the 80's, that he had a real trigger when he discovered his work and will then turn to painting on all supports (canvases, boards, aerosol cans...).
