Presentation

Larisa Crunțeanu (b. 1986) is a performer, video artist and sound collector who combines reality and fiction to question power relations and the notion of female identity. Crunțeanu's works create contexts in which facts and memories are reactivated, encouraging a shared effort and the emergence of new practices. Many of her projects reflect on the notion of collaboration and the ideas that exist behind objects and stories, often with other artists from different fields, creating collective identities in her work.
