23.4 carat real Japanese gold leaf
Resin
Acrylic painting, black wooden frame
This series of works is mainly developed in mixed techniques. The improvised resin shapes express the unclassifiable and the indefinable, while the gold leaf represents the force of an unknown energy.
• In the “Unknown Power" series, I focus on the unknown of the world and ourselves, as well as its limitless energy. The improvised resin shapes manifest the concept of the unknown, and the gold leaf applied to their surface expresses the strength and power of this unknown energy.
• Believing in the unknown power of the world and ourselves can expand the boundaries of our perception and bring new understanding and hope for the world and ourselves.
There are things in this world that cannot be "defined" or "categorized."
Each of us, every thing that exists in this world, and even the world itself, is inherently more diverse, more unknown, and more full of possibilities than we realize.
Believe in the unknown within yourself. If you do, the world will become more wonderful.
