Description
This artwork is a bold fusion of cubism and surrealism, capturing attention with its vibrant palette of blues, blacks, and touches of red and yellow. The fragmented face in the center evokes a multitude of emotions, accentuated by angular lines and asymmetrical shapes. The expressive, watery eyes suggest a complex emotional depth. Graphic elements and abstract patterns add visual dynamics, creating a balance between chaos and harmony. The transparency of the material accentuates the work's modernity, allowing the viewer to see beyond the surface. The vivid colors contrast with the black and white sections, emphasizing an intriguing duality. These characteristics give the work a unique and captivating character, inviting the viewer to explore the multiple narrative and visual layers.
Presentation
SmaK-titi is a French self-taught street artist. He discovered street art in USA during the 90's in New York and Chicago. This is when his initial work was exhibited on Broadway avenue. He then moved to France.
Smak-titi's universe revolves around pop art and raw art. It's filled with imaginary and colored characters, with unique personalities. Bright fluorescent colors put dynamism and depth in the limelight.
Smak-titi has moved back to France and regularly exhibits there but also in European galleries.
