Nuremberg, Germany – Frank Fluegel Galerie is proud to announce a solo exhibition of new works by contemporary Israeli artist Orit Fuchs, opening at its Nuremberg location. The exhibition, titled “VIVID - new paintings”, will run through mid of june 2025, showcasing a stunning new series of unique paintings that continue to challenge traditional depictions of femininity, strength, and emotional expression.
Fuchs, known for her bold color palette, expressive brushwork, and compelling female figures, introduces a fresh perspective in her new VIVID Series. Each piece offers a uniquely intimate narrative, rich with character and emotion, exploring themes of identity, vulnerability, and empowerment through a playful yet poignant visual language.
The VIVID Series builds on Fuchs’ signature style, blending contemporary portraiture with a pop-art sensibility and a fashion-forward edge. Her women are confident, complex, and unapologetically present—captured mid-thought, mid-glance, or mid-laugh, often with a mysterious glint that invites closer inspection.
Frank Fluegel, founder and director of the gallery, notes: “Orit’s work resonates deeply because it taps into something universal—her figures are modern muses. They have stories, moods, and presence. The VIVID Series is perhaps her most personal and magnetic work to date.”
The exhibition marks Fuchs’ first solo presentation in Germany and offers collectors and art enthusiasts a rare opportunity to experience the artist’s evolving vision in an immersive setting.
