Biography
Luce Sanacore is a self-taught multidisciplinary artist who grew up in Mont Saint-Hilaire, Quebec. It is in this cradle where nature, art and a deep respect for its heritage reign, that it evolves.
Coming from a family of artists, from a very young age, she was already immersed in a creative universe. A universe that will guide his journey until adulthood.
Dance is his first medium of artistic expression. It was at the age of 24 that she began to turn to the visual arts. Pastels, brushes become a continuous extension of expressive movement. Under the gentle influence of her mother, who was a student of the artist Gabrielle Messier (Founder of the Ozias Leduc school and his assistant), Luce began a new career as an artist painter.
Since then, she has continued her relentless quest to explore different mediums, finally devoting herself to acrylic painting and mixed media.
During the last fifteen years, Luce has participated in several successful exhibitions. Some of his works are now part of private collections internationally.
