Bénédicte Boullet-Bocquet was born in Saint-Omer in April 1969 and lives in the Chevreuse Valley. She holds a LEA license. After a career as an export sales assistant, she radically changed her life in 2005 to devote herself to painting and drawing. Her works are exhibited regularly in the North, in Paris, in Brussels and her illustrations are published for the first time in 2008. Since then, she has illustrated many children's books published by Henry, Voolume.fr, Ravet Anceau and Nord- editions. April. Bénédicte Boullet-Bocquet is a member of the Charter of Youth Authors and Illustrators. In her thrillers and thrillers, she reveals another aspect of her talent. A darker side appears. She judiciously pursues the alternation with her titles intended for young readers: Dwarf Killer, in the Polars collection in Nord Junior for example. In 2014, Bénédicte Boullet-Bocquet published Paradis 123. She is illustrated by a sharp style where illusory rhymes, sometimes, with hope.
