Karine Langevin

Karine Langevin KJL is a French artist, plastic painter, born in 1972.

After a professional career in the audiovisual industry, she undertook higher studies in visual arts. In 2005, she decided to devote her professional life to painting.

His first paintings were figurative and painted in oils. The exploration and subtleties of abstract art enrich his work.
She works on various supports such as canvas, paper or plexiglass. The techniques used are innovative, based on material concepts, with singular and luminous tones. She plays on colors and contrasts with a colored and translucent relief resin.

Some of his paintings are called "Candy Tables" as the material used is similar to the sweets of our childhood by its "glossy" aspect. Surrounded by musicians and music lovers, music is omnipresent in her artistic universe. Several auctions from 2010 by auctioneers were recorded during charity sales listed on Artprice.

In 2015, she joined the Taylor Foundation in Paris.
