Nadine Debay was born August 20, 1963. When she was 27, she discovered sculpture and started training autodidactically in this field. Passionate about travelling, she lives between Paris, Ariège and Burkina Faso.
Obsessed by the present moment, Nadine Debay manipulates the material to create harmonious, soothing shapes with voluptuous curves carrying a message of peace and love. Her bronze sculptures are born from the chemistry that she keeps with everything that surrounds her, with nature, which she loves so much and life in general, always seeking to unravel its mystery.
"Never knowing where I am going, I willingly lose myself in the irrational. Forgetting the past, evading the future, I surrender myself to the moment, merging myself with the material, letting it guide me towards a new shape that comes to life."
Nadine Debay regularly exhibits in France and the Netherlands. She has participated in numerous contemporary art fairs such as ART 3F in Brussels in 2016, MAG in Montreaux in 2014 and SM'ART in Aix-en-Provence in 2014-2015.
She permanently exhibits her work at the gallery G'M.
