Laurence Pubert

To create is to participate in the life of the world. Sculpture is for me a noble means of expression. She entered my life through my heart, my eyes, my hands, about ten years ago. Parisian with Breton roots, imbued with foreign beauties thanks to my years spent in Asia and my Lisbon years, I sculpt the reality of life with a need for spirituality, a quest for harmony. My creations are not born in turmoil but in this sweet need for appeasement, sensitivity and balance. Contrasts are also part of this harmony. The power of my constantly moving rugby players and the delicacy of young girls, the lightness of their drape.
