Margherita Levo Rosenberg

Margherita Levo Rosenberg is an Italian artist born in 1958, she lives and works in Genoa. She graduated in medicine and specialized in psychiatry and art therapy. In 1992 she founded together with atri artists, the group Pandeia on the basis of conceptual activities. Since 1992 she has exhibited in public and private spaces in Italy and abroad. Countless are her publications in both Italian and foreign magazines, and her works are in important collections in various parts of the world.  

In her works, the artist investigates the expressive potential of different and almost often salvaged materials such as colored plastics, acetates, X-ray films or natural elements, bringing them to new life through ironic and ambiguous installations that look to mass media.
