Biography
Jacek Cyganek is a Polish artist born in 1961 in Radomsko. He graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts of Lodz and trained in the studio of Professor Antoni Starczewski.
His paintings tell us stories of daily life, like a sort of personal journal. Jacek Cyganek is inspired by iconic painters of the avant-garde in Europe (French Cubism to Russian Suprematism). He makes his models with the lightness and humor of Polish Schools of Posters,the masters of book illustration of the 50s and 60s.
His works is displayed in several private collections in Poland, Denmark and Japan.
