Biography
Settled in Madrid, Juan Nieto-Marín is, above all, an eclectic artist, educated in multiple disciplines such as painting, poetry or photography, as well as graduated in Spanish Philology at the UCM. The versatility of means with which he expresses himself –poetry, painting or performance, among others-, makes of him a unique artist with a clear purpose: the language and its construction, reflected in all his work.
The search for artistic and literary genesis has granted him a large recognition related to visual poetry or photography. Many of his pieces, made with a very personal mixed technique, reflect that career that blooms up into a semiotic sphere, half-way between the written and the artistic means, making arise a perfect-composition work.
