Biography
Born in Pasadena, California in 1968, Mark Grotjan is a visual artist specializing in painting. His work, which has been exhibited across the world, focuses extensively on the stylistic techniques of late Modernism, including geometric abstraction, visual dynamism, and investigations of symmetry.
The artist began his career after having graduated from university in the United States.He received a BFA from the University of Colorado at Boulder and an MFA from the University of California at Berkeley. His work has since featured at several Gagosian galleries across the world, and reputed art exhibitions.
