The Colombian artist, David Manzur Londoño, who began in art in Boto, a Spanish settlement in Equatorial Guinea, where he lived from the age of 3 to 17, studied at the Claret Art School in Las Palmas, Islas Canary Islands, before entering the School of Fine Arts in Bogotá. Manzur tried various forms of expression that ranged from music and dance to acting and painting, a field in which as a purist creator and seeker of perfection, he has placed himself in the front row of Colombian artists and as one of the Latin Americans of aseptic realism.
