Philosophical Reflections – Abstract Expressionist Artwork in Yellow, Purple & Blue.

The interplay of color and texture creates a sense of movement, as if thoughts and emotions are swirling together in an ever-evolving dance of self-discovery. The balance between warm and cool tones adds both energy and harmony, making this piece a captivating focal point for any contemporary space.

Original artwork
Artist Andrey Visokinsky explores the world around him through abstract painting, combining intuition and creative freedom in his dynamic process.
He calls his work “positive abstraction,” which is expressed through bright colors, bold compositions, and the energy that permeates each canvas.
Andrey was born in 1965 in Minsk, Belarus, where he lives and creates to this day. As long as he can remember, he has always drawn, although he did not receive an art education. The craving for creativity was his inner need, which only grew stronger over the years.
Since 2016, abstraction has become the genre that has completely captivated the artist, providing opportunities to create works in various techniques, experiment a lot with texture, materials, and color. Spontaneity and intuition are key elements of his work, allowing him to create works without preliminary sketches and plans.
Andrey prefers to create in his studio to the sounds of music, capturing the state of the present moment. The impulse for starting work can be any motive of the surrounding world that has affected the artist: an event, a visual image or a craving for a specific color. He prefers cheerful colors, using mainly acrylic.
From 2017 to 2024, Andrey Visokinsky took part in various exhibitions and art fairs in Belarus, Russia and the USA.
At the end of 2022, his second solo exhibition "Consonance" was held at the Palace of Arts in Minsk, which presented 28 paintings created between 2016 and 2022. Based on the results of the interview from the exhibition, an article was published in the magazine "BELARUS" №1, 2023, about the artist's work.
Visitors to the exhibitions note that his works radiate joy and optimism, conveying delight in the diversity of the world and a thirst for life.
Andrey Visokinsky's paintings are in private collections in the USA, Japan, Germany, Italy, Great Britain, France, Russia and Belarus.
