Original painting from our collection
This vibrant still life painting captures the richness of color and texture with masterful precision. Dominating the composition is a plate bearing sliced fruit, rendered in warm yellows and soft ochres, creating a striking contrast against the intricate background. The backdrop is a tapestry of purples, blues, and pinks, weaving through abstract shapes that add depth and intrigue. A knife rests beside the plate, its metallic sheen subtly catching the ambient light, hinting at the artistry involved in the arrangement. Bold brushstrokes and dynamic patterns suggest movement, despite the stillness inherent to the genre. The interplay of light and shadow, color, and form draws the viewer into a vibrant sensory experience, transforming ordinary subjects into an extraordinary visual feast. The work showcases a skillful balance between realism and abstraction, demonstrating the artist's unique ability to elevate commonplace objects into a symphony of color and emotion.

Works in a creative workshop
Vyacheslav Babak is a recognized master of landscape painting. The artist's canvases are filled with lyricism and romantic mood.
His color palette is devoid of excessive expressiveness; in almost every painting, the image of nature is depicted using the quiet “sound" of soft halftones, giving lightness and depth.
