Description

Blown glass and pigments

Two pure souls, almost innocent at their meeting, embarked on an extraordinary adventure, through inventiveness, breath, and hard work.
From this union, artistic and sentimental, was born a work that will mark the history of contemporary glass. A work by four hands, perfect complementarity of one and the other: Marisa, creator of drawings and decorations that give aesthetic strength to the works, became Alain's assistant during the blowing, a physical and technical feat without equal.
A colorist of rare talent, Marisa knew how to put her painting talent to the service of the volume, to embrace the soft forms of the blown glass by Alain.
The demand was shared, the movements meticulous, each in their own domain, and the unclaimed works destroyed in the moment.
