Description
Blown glass and pigments
Two pure souls, almost innocent in their meeting, embarked on an extraordinary adventure, through inventiveness, breath, and hard work.
From this union, artistic and sentimental, was born a work that will mark the history of contemporary glass. A work by four hands, perfect complementarity of one and the other: Marisa, creator of drawings and designs that give aesthetic strength to the works, became Alain's assistant during the blowing, a physical and technical feat without equal.
Colorist par excellence, Marisa knew how to put her painting talent to the service of the volume, to embrace the soft shapes of the blown glass by Alain.
The demand was shared, the precise gestures, each in their own domain, and the unclaimed works destroyed in the moment.
