Aveiro's salt pans are an excellent habitat for flamingos - one of the most fascinating birds. When observing flamingos in the Ria de Aveiro, I was enchanted by the beauty and elegance of the birds, which led me to paint this painting. This art work is painted with ease, using the Impasto technique with high-quality oil paints on canvas using art brushes and palette knives. The art work is equipped with a wooden frame and hanging hardware. The color of the frame is silver with a dark blue outline, which is in harmony with the color scheme of the picture.
The artwork was presented at the "100 Artists in Gondomar 2023" Collective Exhibition - Golden Room of the Multiuser of Gondomar, (Portugal) / 2023
