This work is part of the Solo series, a series of fifteen photographic paintings, which we travel through like a trip to the heart of solitude. "The Solo series questions the individual confronted with his own loneliness, and, in a more general way, with the notion of absence / presence. An incentive to introspection: and if loneliness was the most beautiful conquest of oneself - loneliness - grace or curse? Relation to oneself, to another, to others, presence / absence ... Solo has become deliciously obsessive, as being part of myself, without me grasping it yet all the meaning. Far beyond Solitude, Solo speaks of Love ... "- Arthy Mad Prints are limited to 8 copies in 40 x 60 cm and 3 copies for the 60 x 90 cm prints, all signed and numbered . Each copy is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity. The total number of copies, all editions combined, is strictly limited to 30. (Photographs limited to less than 30 copies - Decree of February 17, 1995, are defined as works of art). The prints are pigmented on Fine Art Hahnemühle 310 g paper and laminated on 3 mm Dibond.

Plastic photographer, Arthy Mad lives in Lille and everywhere at the same time.
He creates poetic and offbeat paintings in which, most of the time, he stages himself to deliver his societal questions, introspection and gaze on the human ... by sprinkling everything with a touch of humor and a little dose of madness.
It was in 2009 that his new life began.
Artistic creation, practiced until then as an amateur, became his main activity.
From 2014, the photographic image became his privileged medium.
On her own, she combines her previous practices, drawing, plastic arts, theater, staging and image.
“I don't photograph what I see, I stage what I am, what I feel, and imagine it as a photographic painting and performance. To each his own way of seeing life. Mine is resolutely positive, creative and humanist.
I want to present the world in an open way. In a poetic and quirky way, I want to invite people to dream, to travel, and to leave room for the imagination. "
