Vlado Vesselinov is a Bulgarian painter born in 1977. He evolves in a figurative style with vintage accents, reminiscent of the psychedelic movement. His canvases, in bright and contrasting colours, look like old posters.
Fascinated and nostalgic for an era that was both revolutionary and carefree, the artist finds refuge in the past, dusts off and restores the vestiges of a bygone era to keep only the best and marry it with talent and lightness to contemporary art that shapes the world today. On the technical level, his approach consists in texturizing the material to give an effect of thickness, a paper mache appearance
His works have been the subject of a dozen personal exhibitions, and as many group exhibitions They exhibit regularly in Bulgaria and Italy.
