Caroline White has several lives. A British national, she lived the first part of her life in the British Isles, mainly in Bristol where, for 16 years, after graduating from St Martins School of Fine Arts in London, she taught sculpture to the Fine Arts. She acquired status and notoriety there, exhibited in England, Germany and London. She left England in 1990 and settled in the South West of France, where she founded a home. During these years of "country retreat", her work as an artist is synthesized in contact with Roman Art which inspires and guides her and frees herself from many of the pretensions and pseudo-intellectual analyzes that she provided in her classes. and which polluted his work.
