The Voices of Nature in Six Silences is a series born in response to this situation, like a capital ENOUGH that implodes soundlessly in a white-on-white human landscape, yielding space and prominence to the colorful voices of nature. Six works, six spatio-temporal silences that grant us another kind of rhythm, less hurried, to reconnect horizontally with nature; to embrace true freedom, the kind we achieve by listening, silencing the noisy monologues of our Self, without imposing our own identity on the world and with great dialogue and respect for what is different; to the shedding of the dominant instrumental attitude in favor of a more disinterested one, which offers us the opportunity to see beyond ourselves and understand that we are simply one among many other species that co-inhabit this planet.
Six collages that are formally resolved as mathematical fractions whose common denominator is always the same: human silence. Compositions whose visual weight resides in a nature that makes itself seen and heard; which emphasizes the importance of understanding animals, including us, as inhabitants of their ecosystems.

The integrity of her work emerges from the synergies generated by the Humanities-Fine Arts binomial. She understands collage as a discursive and disruptive medium, through which the artist constructs new units of meaning derived from a reflexive selection, decontextualization, and re-contextualization of materials inherent to our visual culture. The driving force behind her work lies in the desire to share the discursive richness extracted from readings about everything that fascinates her. Thus, each project she undertakes embraces new lines of research, increasingly linked to themes related to the human species and committed to nature and the world around us. The visual language she uses interweaves original graphic material, of disparate origins and chronologies, with other materials capable of establishing an organic dialogue charged with formal intention, generating symbolic loci that appeal to the viewer's imagination, leading them to a time and space that lies on the fine line separating reality from its possible alternatives.
