Esta sorprendente obra de arte geométrica cautiva con su composición hexagonal en capas, incrustada en un marco en forma de diamante. En su núcleo, una serie de hexágonos concéntricos crean una profundidad fascinante, cada uno progresivamente más grande y meticulosamente elaborado. El hexágono más interno, representado en un negro intenso y profundo, contrasta marcadamente con las capas circundantes. Una característica notable es la variación de textura dentro de cada capa. El segundo hexágono cuenta con un acabado dorado brillante que llama la atención, presentando un efecto brillante que sugiere opulencia. Más allá de él, la tercera capa presenta una superficie dorada rugosa y texturizada, que ofrece una dimensión táctil que invita a una inspección más cercana. Las capas más externas están adornadas con patrones ornamentales negros simétricos, que se asemejan a fachadas arquitectónicas o fortificaciones antiguas, lo que mejora aún más la experiencia táctil. Alrededor de la composición central, un borde tachonado de motivos circulares blancos brillantes proporciona una puntuación visual rítmica, que recuerda a los cuerpos celestes en el cielo nocturno. The intention is to interpret the idea as the construction of the idea. In a society where everything is to be catalogued, codified or summarised with a term, adjective or noun, my rebellion against 'words' Existential geometry Excerpt from Federico Caloi's critique 'in the constructions of Liala Polato's works of art, intuition immediately runs to the geometric realisation of the painting, which is similar to an urban landscape.... It is from here that Polato's way of proceeding in art starts. The formal aspect of her work is already striking for a hidden discipline, aesthetically persuasive; as is the monochrome of her works, proposed in intense colours, used in purity: green, yellow, red, blue and white, realised to articulate a visual programme. Polato uses wood, raw materials, twine, canvas, jute... The geometric shapes, which develop with a particular regularity on the work, are not the result of a proceeding in the dark, but the product of a semantic project... Liala Polato's works are true existential geometries.
