Like many interdisciplinary artists, Angerami explores drawing to plan his thoughts and later transpose them to his chosen medium. However, this time he uses this technique to understand and support reality as a purpose and an end. The drawings from the series "The World Behind The World" are free of narrative sequence; their delicate lines depict hybrid scenarios between figures and abstraction constructed on paper to be mentally deconstructed by their observer, seeking an emotional response.

I currently live and work in Siena, Italy.
Master of Fine Arts at New York University, visual artist and arts educator, understands art and education as agents of transformation in the same ongoing process within society.
The poetic axis of the artist is based on concepts such as spirituality, identity, nature and ecology. His work is divided between studio and outdoor activities, often with local and indigenous Brazilian communities.
Angerami uses drawing, painting, sculpture-installation, printmaking, video, photography and urban interventions to support her research.
